How do I remember UK Homes 4 Heroes Pride & Passion Charity in my Will?
We recommend that you use a solicitor to have your Will drafted or updated. The cost is relatively modest, and a properly drafted Will means that your wishes will be honoured, thereby minimising the potential for disputes and a potential drain on the value of your estate.
Choose the type of gift:
Including a gift in your Will, or legacy, is very straightforward. First you need to decide what type of gift you would like to leave – a residuary or cash gift - and ensure you have the correct wording to use for each.
Updating an existing Will:
Unless the change you are making is very straightforward we recommend that you consult your solicitor and consider having your Will redrafted. But you may decide to update your Will using a codicil instead.
